Question #1: Is there a FREE Trial available?
Answer: If you are a first time visitor, we offer a FREE 2-Week Trial period (14 days) to our services. To begin your trial, please review and complete the subscription form on the Membership Sign Up page.
To move into a Full Service membership after your trial period is completed - simply do nothing. Your account will automatically be updated to a Full Member Subscription and you will not miss any nightly information for the Option that you selected during your trial period. You may cancel at anytime if you wish to do so in the future.
Question #2: I was a former member and want to rejoin, what do I do?
Answer: Simply go to our Membership Sign Up page and subscribe again. Welcome back!
Subscriptions will be applied based upon the current fee rate at the time of registration. Sorry, there are no exceptions.
Question #3: I am not getting your emails:
Answer: Check your JUNK EMAIL or SPAM FOLDER to confirm receipt of our Confirmation/Welcome email. Once you open the email, make sure to add our email address to your ALLOWED SENDER or IN-BOX LIST. This step is important to insure your spam filters do not block the important stock information that you have requested.
Question #4: How much time and money do I need to start trading?
Answer: Stocks and futures trading can be started with as little as $5,000. There are brokers that also consider this the minimum balance to open an account with them. If managed properly, your starting capital can grow into a respectable sum over time. Many traders only work a few hours each day with a goal of just one or two successful trades. We do most of the research and ground work for you so that you can trade more effectively. Keep reasonable daily goals along with a strong work ethic to control trades and your opportunity for success will rise accordingly.
Question #5: Can I honestly make money starting with only $10,000?
Answer: Absolutely, if you have a plan. We offer a very achievable Business Plan outline for ES futures traders that can be broken down for stock traders as well. Here you will see how even a $5,000 account can appreciate quickly. It is important to note that our examples do not guarantee success to every trader, but are used as guides to show what may be possible in the markets.
Question #6: Can I use my credit card?
Answer: Yes you may. It is actually the preferred method because of the ease of use for both of us. All Personal Information entered by you is secure at TradeSeven.com. The 'https' at the beginning of the billing page link will signify this. We also follow a strict Privacy Policy because we hate junk mail and personal intrusion as much as you do.
We utilize SSL ("Secure Sockets Layer","HTTPS") technology to provide information to your browser in an encrypted, secure fashion. If you are using Netscape Navigator, Communicator, Internet Explorer, Fire Fox or any other SSL capable browser, you should see a small key or lock in your browser window that indicates that this page is secure. We also display a picture of a lock and key on each Secure Page, to further clarify that the information between you the end-user and our server is encrypted and secure. This feature is important for sensitive information being exchanged, such as your Personal Information and credit card data. Your information will be secure with us.

Our low monthly rates are payable by using your credit card. We use SSL technology for secure processing. Billing is reoccurring every 30-calendar days, following your trial period.

1. Your full name, mailing address, and contact phone number. (see our Privacy Policy) 2. Your email address so that we may complete your registration and send a confirmation to you. 3. Your desired Username and Password for website and chat room access. *Future monthly payments by check must then be received at least one week prior to your billing date to guarantee that no interruption of your service occurs. *International check users must allow 30-days to clear our U.S. bank, and therefor must be paid 30-days in advance at all times. Answer: Yes. ES Emini traders have an exclusive trial and members-only chat room. We have selected a platform that is easy to run and does not stress your computer like many chat software programs do. There is no software to download and anyone can run this with ease. It can be opened from virtually any computer in the world. The chat room is a great place for traders to work together for ideas during the session. We welcome all levels of experience to the room! Answer: No. Your user-name and password will allow you access through almost any computer, however, only one log-in at a time, per account, will be honored by our security. Answer: Please make sure that you type in your User Name and Password EXACTLY as you entered them when you established your account with us. If you've forgotten or are unsure of your user information, please Contact Us and provide your name and address and we will forward the information to you by email. Also, our database is set up to terminate web site access for all free trials after their trial period, so if your trial has expired (or Full Membership), then this explains why you can no longer access our members-only web site content. To re-subscribe, please visit our Membership Sign Up page. If you have lost your Username and/or Password: Please visit our Subscriber Login page, then click on "Forgot username or password" at the bottom of the login box. There you will be asked to enter information associated with your account. If your information is correct with our database, we will immediately send you an email with your user name and password. If the information you enter does not match the information in our database, or if you continue to have trouble, please Contact Us so we can assist you. Yes, all of our work is logged to the website at Chart Archives. Trial subscribers and Full Members have real-time logging access to the archives of the Subscription Option selected. Answer: To change or update your credit card, email address or contact information, please visit our "Manage My Account" page on the left menu of the Home Page. From there you can change any of your personal information in our database. You cannot however, change your user name. Answer: Generally speaking, we focus on a watch list from this criteria of around 30-50 companies at a time, depending on what sectors are moving at any given time. From these you will find 5-12 that will make the nightly Stock Chart Report, including index and futures charts. There are approximately 3,200 NASDAQ listings and 2,700 NYSE listings and we begin by scanning only those that meet certain volume requirements to ensure that everyone is offered a fair opportunity in our trades. We look for volatility and leaders in sectors as well as technical set-ups ready to break upward or downward from a consistently profitable pattern. Answer: No. Your privacy is important to us and is covered under our Privacy Policy. When you submit your email address to TradeSeven, you can rest assured that we will not share or sell that information to any third party. Answer: Should you decide to cancel service for any reason, please email us at Contact Us with your name and email address along with a brief note of your intentions. A cancellation confirmation email will be sent back to you within 48-hours. You must save a copy of of this email, as it will be your only proof of cancellation if needed. You must give us AT LEAST 5 DAYS notice for cancellation PRIOR to your membership or Trial period roll-over renewal date. Cancellations initiated after this 5-day period may automatically be billed for the next month as scheduled. The billing process is automatically performed by a third party company and we need such time to stop it following a cancellation. We agree to honor paid member services to the end of the term, unless otherwise directed by you. REFUND POLICY: All sales transactions are processed through TradeSeven.com, LLC and are final once cleared. However, if there is a legitimate billing error to your account, as determined mutually by you and TradeSeven.com staff, we will make every effort to rectify the error as soon as possible. Contact for such error must be made to us within 30 days of said service being utilized.
There are 4 weeks of personal holiday time included for Sonny during each calendar year. This is built into the rates and you will know in advance when these dates are scheduled. The nightly reports will resume upon Sonny's return. Suggested holiday dates: Better times that we can suggest to take some time off during the year would be during any of the Options Expiration Fridays, FOMC rate decision days, anytime during the month of August when many professional traders take their summer holiday time, Thanksgiving week, and Christmas week into New Years.
